(Wards 3, 4 and 5 are uncontested.)Ward 1: Councilman Jim Hurley (Democrat), Mark LaVoie (Republican), Kurtis Liston (Libertarian).Ward 2: Councilman Bruce Kilby (D), Josh Sines (R).Ward 3: Council President Marco Sommerville (D).Ward 4: Councilman Russel Neal Jr. (D).Ward 5: Councilman Ken Jones (D).Ward 6*: Bob Hoch (D), Dave Goodspeed (R), Ward 7*: Donnie Kammer (D), John T. Jones (R).Ward 8*: Marilyn Keith (D), David M. Sutter (R).Ward 9: Councilman Mike Freeman (D), Amy Page (R).Ward 10*: Garry Moneypenny (D), Laura Ashbury (R).At-large: Not up this year. (At-large council members serve four-year terms, rather than two years like the ward representatives.)
